Welcome to Version 2 of the Valvetronic Designs E9x M3 exhaust system. Version 2 brings on new improvements that push us past the competition. First is a return to Vacuum valves. These valves have proven to be far more reliable than electronic ones. We have also improved the sound quality to give a more pure driving experience to make this system the best on the market for the E9x platform. These systems are fully mandrel bent for maximum flow and are constructed out of T304 stainless steel, the highest quality material on the market. Our dream is to offer the BMW community an incredible valved exhaust without charging the dreaded "M tax" and that dream has come true. For far too long these systems have been out of reach for most people, but no longer. This system comes with everything you need to have your E9x M3 sound like a beast on your favorite backroad, or cruise to the shops without alerting the authorities. Your time to take control of your E9X M3 sound is now.
You now have the option to pair your Valved rear section with the best sounding mid pipe all in one place.
This midpipe is quite different than most, featuring a freeflow x merge right after the transmission tunnel. This design helps allow for maximum exhaust scavenging and power gains throughout the rev range. At the rear of the midpipe we have two 12-inch resonators to smooth the exhaust sound and provide noise mitigation. We also offer a catted version of the X-pipe for those who do not want to go fully free flow. This X pipe is designed for those who want maximum sound and maximum Horsepower gains, it is not for the weak of heart.
For those who choose the catted version, you are in for a treat. Cats are located in the OEM location to aid with the emissions process. A 200 CELL EURO 6 cat configuration is used for ultimate quality and flow.

Returns Policy
Original sales receipt must accompany returns. We accept returns for exchange or refund 14 calendar days after delivery of the product. At our sole discretion after 14 calendar days, we will offer an exchange or store credit only. Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition". Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is: without showing signs of wear or damage in any way within 14 calendar days of the delivery date (after 14 days no returns are allowed) must not be a special order or a custom order (such as custom optional color or other options made for your specific order, or long lead products such as supercharger kits, headers, Performance Packages, and similar products with lead times over one week) unless noted that it cannot be returned or has a different return policy time period other than that 14 days noted in that item's particular item description If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Support immediately. Items that are defective and shipped from us or items that you did not order but received from us will qualify for store credit or a cash refund. Any shipping damage must be documented with clear photos at the time of unpacking of the product and reported within 24 hours of receipt date and time. All product returns must be authorized prior to return shipping, and MUST have an return authorization (RMA) on the shipping label. Returns without an RMA will not be refunded. Packages shipped by Forza Motor Works are shipped without insurance or signature required. These extra services are available and can be purchased for an additional cost. The customer agrees to take responsibility for lost packages that were not independently insured or sent without requiring a signature. The customer understands they will be liable in the event of additional fees, tariffs, or legal issues such as border seizure. Forza Motor Works reserves the right to charge a shipping and handling fee on every order being shipped from our facility. This fee is universal and applies to all retail and wholesale purchases and cannot be waived or credited. For retail deliveries within the USA, due to the tax nexus established by the South Dakota v.
