Shipping Information
For items that are in stock, purchases made after 9am EST will be usually be shipped out in the next 1-2 business days. Please inquire to confirm lead times if you have specific time constraints. Orders will be sent via signature required at our discretion unless otherwise requested.

International Shipping
Any and all customs duties, taxes, import fees, and/or tariffs assessed in connection with the purchase shall be the sole responsibility of the customer/end user.

Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. All returns are subject to a restocking fee based on item and package condition. Buyer is responsible for paying for return shipping costs. If you need a return label, we will email you a return label and deduct cost from refund. Original shipping costs are not refundable. Special order items are not eligible for return.

Cancellation Policy
In order to cancel your order you must email within 24 hours of placing your order or before your order has shipped, whichever occurs first. Special order items are not eligible for cancelation.

We have a 30-day exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be brand new in box. Buyer is responsible for paying all shipping costs to exchange product.

Designed as an optional addition to compatible Akrapovič valved exhaust systems, the Sound Kit allows you to control the exhaust valves independently and choose the sound character you want from behind the wheel. With the touch of a button, you can switch between a more subdued exhaust setting and a sportier mode that opens the valves to unleash more of the GT4 RS / Spyder RS's unmistakable 4.0-liter flat-six sound. Control is available through either the included Akrapovič Sound Remote Controller or the Akrapovič Sound Kit Car App, giving you convenient wireless operation from inside the vehicle. For owners investing in an Akrapovič exhaust system, the Sound Kit adds another level of control and lets you enjoy the car's exhaust note on your terms.
