Shipping Information
For items that are in stock, purchases made after 9am EST will be usually be shipped out in the next 1-2 business days. Please inquire to confirm lead times if you have specific time constraints. Orders will be sent via signature required at our discretion unless otherwise requested.

International Shipping
Any and all customs duties, taxes, import fees, and/or tariffs assessed in connection with the purchase shall be the sole responsibility of the customer/end user.

Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. All returns are subject to a restocking fee based on item and package condition. Buyer is responsible for paying for return shipping costs. If you need a return label, we will email you a return label and deduct cost from refund. Original shipping costs are not refundable. Special order items are not eligible for return.

Cancellation Policy
In order to cancel your order you must email within 24 hours of placing your order or before your order has shipped, whichever occurs first. Special order items are not eligible for cancelation.

Exchange Policy
We have a 30-day exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be brand new in box. Buyer is responsible for paying all shipping costs to exchange product.

Product Description

Dial in the stance of your BMW X3M or X4M without giving up the functionality of the factory adaptive suspension with the AST Adjustable Lowering Spring Kit. Unlike conventional lowering springs that lock you into a predetermined ride height, AST's adjustable system allows you to fine-tune the vehicle's stance after installation with up to 40mm of adjustment in the front and 35mm in the rear. This makes it easier to achieve the right wheel gap, accommodate different wheel and tire combinations, or fine-tune front-to-rear rake to your preference. Progressive spring rates are designed to improve chassis response and reduce the vehicle's center of gravity while maintaining the everyday usability expected from an X3M or X4M. Most importantly, the system retains the factory adaptive dampers / EDC, allowing the original electronic suspension functionality and drive modes to remain operational. For owners who want a more aggressive stance and sharper handling without replacing the complete factory suspension, AST's adjustable spring system provides an excellent balance of appearance, performance, and flexibility.
