Upgrade your Porsche 992 GT3, GT3 RS or ST with these race-manifold assemblies from BCFabrications, engineered for uncompromising performance and built in the UK by motorsport experts. They replace the restrictive factory manifolds and OPF + 600-cell cats with equal‐length primaries, enhancing exhaust flow, improving mid-range response and delivering a sharper flat-six exhaust tone all the way through 9000 rpm. Finished to motorsport standards via TIG-welded, back-purged construction and available in Inconel 625 or stainless steel, these manifolds are a statement upgrade for serious driving.
Fitment Notes
Fits Porsche 911 (992) GT3 / GT3 RS / ST models
Designed to replace the OEM manifolds using an OEM V-band flange interface, facilitating fitment to the factory or aftermarket rear exhaust system.
Because of the upgraded flow and delete of factory elements, ECU tuning or adaptation is strongly recommended to avoid check-engine lights or drivability issues.
Included
Pair of equal-length primary header assemblies (left and right bank), built from your choice of material (Inconel 625 or 304 stainless steel)
Mounting hardware, gaskets and V-band flange connectors tailored for the application
Installation instructions by BCFabrications (UK motorsport build standard)
Product Specs
Material options: Inconel 625 (lightweight, heat-resistant, motorsport grade) or 304 stainless steel (robust, cost-effective)
Weight saving: approximately -3.88 kg (8.5 lbs) compared to the OEM manifold assembly.
Construction: Equal-length primaries, TIG-welded, back-purged, motorsport build standard.
Fitment flange: OEM V-band interface for seamless integration with existing downpipes/rear exhaust.
Product Features
Maximized flow & scavenging – Equal-length header primaries and high‐flow catalysts improve exhaust gas velocity and mid-range torque response.
Weight reduction – By shedding nearly 4 kg from the manifold section, you reduce mass high up in the engine bay, improving response and handling.
Premium motorsport construction – Hand-built in Britain, TIG-welded, back-purged, offering aesthetic finish and high durability even under extreme temperatures.
Material flexibility – Choose Inconel 625 for ultimate heat-management and durability (ideal for track builds) or stainless steel for a road-oriented build with excellent value.
Track sound & tone – Without the stock manifold restrictions and OPF/600-cell elements, the exhaust character becomes sharper, freer-breathing and unmistakably flat-six powered.
Modular upgrade path ready – These headers are designed to plug into existing or upgraded rear exhaust systems (retaining V-band interface), making future upgrades simpler.
