Shipping Information
For items that are in stock, purchases made after 9am EST will be usually be shipped out in the next 1-2 business days. Please inquire to confirm lead times if you have specific time constraints. Orders will be sent via signature required at our discretion unless otherwise requested.

International Shipping
Any and all customs duties, taxes, import fees, and/or tariffs assessed in connection with the purchase shall be the sole responsibility of the customer/end user.

Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. All returns are subject to a restocking fee based on item and package condition. Buyer is responsible for paying for return shipping costs. If you need a return label, we will email you a return label and deduct cost from refund. Original shipping costs are not refundable. Special order items are not eligible for return.

Cancellation Policy
In order to cancel your order you must email within 24 hours of placing your order or before your order has shipped, whichever occurs first. Special order items are not eligible for cancelation.

Exchange Policy
We have a 30-day exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be brand new in box. Buyer is responsible for paying all shipping costs to exchange product.

The B&B Fusion Exhaust System (FCOR-0464) for the Chevrolet C6 Corvette (2005–2008) with factory NPP exhaust delivers a refined yet aggressive bi-modal exhaust experience. Combining the best traits of the Bullet and OEM systems, this Fusion exhaust uses the factory exhaust valve to give you a deeper, richer tone at idle and cruise (closed), and a bold, aggressive sound when the valves open at higher RPM or throttle inputs. Constructed with mandrel-bent T-304 stainless steel and quad 4″ round double-wall tips, it enhances sound quality, improves exhaust flow, and upgrades rear aesthetics — all in a direct-fit, bolt-on package that uses your car’s original NPP controls.

Fitment Notes

  • Designed specifically for Chevrolet C6 Corvette (2005–2008) equipped with the factory NPP (dual-mode) exhaust option.

  • Compatible with base C6, Grand Sport, and associated trims within the 2005–2008 range when factory NPP hardware is present.

  • Bi-modal operation retains the factory valve control logic, with ‘quiet’ cruising sound when closed and aggressive tone when open.
