Shipping Information
For items that are in stock, purchases made after 9am EST will be usually be shipped out in the next 1-2 business days. Please inquire to confirm lead times if you have specific time constraints. Orders will be sent via signature required at our discretion unless otherwise requested.

International Shipping
Any and all customs duties, taxes, import fees, and/or tariffs assessed in connection with the purchase shall be the sole responsibility of the customer/end user.

Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. All returns are subject to a restocking fee based on item and package condition. Buyer is responsible for paying for return shipping costs. If you need a return label, we will email you a return label and deduct cost from refund. Original shipping costs are not refundable. Special order items are not eligible for return.

Cancellation Policy
In order to cancel your order you must email within 24 hours of placing your order or before your order has shipped, whichever occurs first. Special order items are not eligible for cancelation.

Exchange Policy
We have a 30-day exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be brand new in box. Buyer is responsible for paying all shipping costs to exchange product.

The Capristo remote kit provides two operating modes: OEM Control and Capristo Control. In OEM Control mode, the exhaust valves follow the vehicle's original operating parameters. In Capristo Control mode, the exhaust valves remain open, allowing drivers to enjoy a louder, more pronounced exhaust soundtrack.

The system is designed to work with compatible Capristo exhaust valves and vacuum-controlled exhaust configurations. By giving drivers direct control over valve operation, it provides additional flexibility without requiring a complete replacement of the existing exhaust system.

Capristo incorporates an intelligent fail-safe function that opens the exhaust valves in the event of an electrical or vacuum failure. This protective feature helps prevent excessive exhaust backpressure and associated heat-related engine damage.

The included wireless remote is pre-programmed for convenient operation and transmits at 444 MHz. The controller also allows users to select their preferred default operating mode, eliminating the need to manually reselect the setting each time the vehicle starts.

Installation is simplified through a pre-wired harness with connectors for the control module and vacuum solenoid. The supplied wiring provides short- and long-reach connection options, requiring only power and ground connections to complete the electrical installation.
