Shipping Information
For items that are in stock, purchases made after 9am EST will be usually be shipped out in the next 1-2 business days. Please inquire to confirm lead times if you have specific time constraints. Orders will be sent via signature required at our discretion unless otherwise requested.

International Shipping
Any and all customs duties, taxes, import fees, and/or tariffs assessed in connection with the purchase shall be the sole responsibility of the customer/end user.

Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. All returns are subject to a restocking fee based on item and package condition. Buyer is responsible for paying for return shipping costs. If you need a return label, we will email you a return label and deduct cost from refund. Original shipping costs are not refundable. Special order items are not eligible for return.

Cancellation Policy
In order to cancel your order you must email within 24 hours of placing your order or before your order has shipped, whichever occurs first. Special order items are not eligible for cancelation.

Product Description

Improve engine oil cooling and thermal management with the CSF High-Performance Engine Oil Cooler for the BMW G8X M2, M3, and M4. Engineered specifically for BMW's 3.0L twin-turbocharged S58 engine, this upgraded oil cooler provides improved heat dissipation and consistent cooling performance during aggressive street driving, track sessions, and high-horsepower applications.

While BMW's factory engine oil cooler performs adequately under normal driving conditions, increased horsepower, sustained high RPM operation, and repeated track use can push the factory cooling system beyond its intended operating range. Excessive engine oil temperatures can result in reduced performance, protective power limitations, and increased thermal stress on critical engine components.

CSF addresses these challenges with an advanced oil cooler utilizing its proprietary AC Condenser Technology. The design incorporates a single-row, super-high-pressure 32mm microtube core with 10 internal channels, engineered to maximize oil contact with the heat-transfer surfaces while maintaining efficient oil flow.

The cooler also features 8mm-tall multi-louvered cooling fins, compared with the factory cooler's 6mm fins, increasing the available fin height for heat transfer. This construction is designed to improve cooling efficiency during sustained high-load operation.

Unlike universal aftermarket oil coolers that require custom fabrication, CSF's G8X oil cooler is engineered as a direct replacement for the factory unit. It retains the original mounting location, factory-style oil connections, and OEM rubber seals while reusing the factory ducting and shrouds without modification.

For additional protection, CSF incorporates a rock guard to help shield the oil cooler from road debris. This is particularly important on the G8X platform, where the factory cooler's exposed underbody location can make it vulnerable to damage.
