Shipping Information
For items that are in stock, purchases made after 9am EST will be usually be shipped out in the next 1-2 business days. Please inquire to confirm lead times if you have specific time constraints. Orders will be sent via signature required at our discretion unless otherwise requested.

International Shipping
Any and all customs duties, taxes, import fees, and/or tariffs assessed in connection with the purchase shall be the sole responsibility of the customer/end user.

Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. All returns are subject to a restocking fee based on item and package condition. Buyer is responsible for paying for return shipping costs. If you need a return label, we will email you a return label and deduct cost from refund. Original shipping costs are not refundable. Special order items are not eligible for return.

Cancellation Policy
In order to cancel your order you must email within 24 hours of placing your order or before your order has shipped, whichever occurs first. Special order items are not eligible for cancelation.

Exchange Policy
We have a 30-day exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be brand new in box. Buyer is responsible for paying all shipping costs to exchange product.

Product Description

The do88 BigPack Intercooler System is a full high-performance charge air cooling solution engineered specifically for the Porsche 992 Turbo and Turbo S platform. Unlike partial upgrades that only address one component, this system replaces the factory intercoolers, charge piping, silicone couplers, and air guides as a complete airflow and cooling package. The result is a substantial reduction in intake air temperatures, improved airflow capacity, and more consistent power delivery under repeated high-load conditions.

At the core of the system are high-density bar-and-plate intercooler cores sourced from Garrett Motorsport, designed to maximize heat transfer efficiency while minimizing pressure drop. Combined with enlarged cast end tanks and optimized carbon fiber air guides, the system significantly increases cooling capacity over OEM equipment. This translates into more stable performance during back-to-back pulls, track use, or high-boost applications where heat soak becomes a limiting factor.

For tuned 992 Turbo builds especially, the BigPack is a foundational upgrade that supports higher power levels by maintaining lower, more consistent charge air temperatures—even under sustained load.
