Shipping Information
For items that are in stock, purchases made after 9am EST will be usually be shipped out in the next 1-2 business days. Please inquire to confirm lead times if you have specific time constraints. Orders will be sent via signature required at our discretion unless otherwise requested.

International Shipping
Any and all customs duties, taxes, import fees, and/or tariffs assessed in connection with the purchase shall be the sole responsibility of the customer/end user.

Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. All returns are subject to a restocking fee based on item and package condition. Buyer is responsible for paying for return shipping costs. If you need a return label, we will email you a return label and deduct cost from refund. Original shipping costs are not refundable. Special order items are not eligible for return.

Cancellation Policy
In order to cancel your order you must email within 24 hours of placing your order or before your order has shipped, whichever occurs first. Special order items are not eligible for cancelation.

Engineered specifically around the airflow demands of the Z06's high-revving 5.5L LT6 flat-plane-crank V8, this premium carbon fiber intake replaces the restrictive factory airbox with a significantly higher-flowing design.

Fabspeed developed the system from the ground up using advanced CAD engineering and Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) to optimize airflow through the entire intake tract. Massive dual 6-inch (150mm) cone filters with integrated velocity stacks provide increased filter surface area and airflow capacity, while the carbon fiber airbox helps isolate incoming air from engine-bay heat.

The result is a true performance-focused intake rather than simply an engine-bay appearance upgrade. Fabspeed reports dyno-tested gains of up to 18 horsepower and 20 lb-ft of torque, along with improved throttle response and increased induction sound. Actual results will vary based on vehicle configuration, modifications, fuel, ambient conditions, and testing methodology.

Why Upgrade?

The LT6 is unlike virtually any other production Corvette engine. Its 5.5L displacement, flat-plane crankshaft, individual throttle bodies, and 8,600-rpm redline mean the engine requires a tremendous volume of air as RPM increases. Improving airflow before the engine can therefore be particularly valuable on a platform designed to make its power at high engine speeds.

Rather than simply installing higher-flow filters inside the factory airbox, Fabspeed completely re-engineered the intake around the LT6. The combination of dual 150mm filters, integrated velocity stacks, CFD-optimized airflow paths, and a carbon fiber airbox is designed to reduce restriction while supplying a greater volume of cool ambient air to the engine.

That makes this intake an excellent standalone upgrade for a stock Z06, but it becomes even more compelling on cars equipped with high-flow sport cats, headers, exhaust systems, throttle-body upgrades, or ECU tuning, where maximizing airflow throughout the entire engine combination becomes increasingly important.

Beyond the performance benefits, the exposed carbon fiber construction and clear Lexan cover dramatically improve the appearance of the Z06 engine bay while making the intake hardware itself part of the car's presentation.
