Shipping Information
For items that are in stock, purchases made after 9am EST will be usually be shipped out in the next 1-2 business days. Please inquire to confirm lead times if you have specific time constraints. Orders will be sent via signature required at our discretion unless otherwise requested.

International Shipping
Any and all customs duties, taxes, import fees, and/or tariffs assessed in connection with the purchase shall be the sole responsibility of the customer/end user.

Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. All returns are subject to a restocking fee based on item and package condition. Buyer is responsible for paying for return shipping costs. If you need a return label, we will email you a return label and deduct cost from refund. Original shipping costs are not refundable. Special order items are not eligible for return.

Cancellation Policy
In order to cancel your order you must email within 24 hours of placing your order or before your order has shipped, whichever occurs first. Special order items are not eligible for cancelation.

We have a 30-day exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be brand new in box. Buyer is responsible for paying all shipping costs to exchange product.

Product Description

The Fabspeed Competition Air Intake for the Porsche 987.2 Boxster, Cayman, Cayman R, and Spyder (2009–2012) is a high-flow performance intake system designed to replace the restrictive factory airbox and throttle body inlet piping with a professionally engineered racing-derived solution that significantly improves engine breathing and sound. Developed in collaboration with a professional Grand-Am/IMSA race team, this system promotes smoother, less restricted airflow into the engine, yielding notable gains in horsepower and torque across the RPM range and sharpening throttle response. It also cleans up the engine bay by removing the factory airbox clutter, simplifying maintenance access. The use of dry-style performance filters means no oiling is required—just wash with warm water and reuse—making service quick and straightforward. 

Fitment Notes

  • Designed for all Porsche 987.2 Boxster and Cayman models as well as Cayman R and Boxster Spyder from 2009–2012.

  • Direct replacement for the factory airbox and throttle body inlet pipe. 

  • Requires modification and an extension sleeve to be compatible with an 82 mm GT3 throttle body upgrade. 

  • Best installed by a qualified technician due to the complexity of removing the factory airbox; engine lowering or cutting the OEM box may be necessary. 

  • Recommended for street and track use, with a more aggressive intake sound than stock.
