Shipping Information
For items that are in stock, purchases made after 9am EST will be usually be shipped out in the next 1-2 business days. Please inquire to confirm lead times if you have specific time constraints. Orders will be sent via signature required at our discretion unless otherwise requested.

International Shipping
Any and all customs duties, taxes, import fees, and/or tariffs assessed in connection with the purchase shall be the sole responsibility of the customer/end user.

Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. All returns are subject to a restocking fee based on item and package condition. Buyer is responsible for paying for return shipping costs. If you need a return label, we will email you a return label and deduct cost from refund. Original shipping costs are not refundable. Special order items are not eligible for return.

Cancellation Policy
In order to cancel your order you must email within 24 hours of placing your order or before your order has shipped, whichever occurs first. Special order items are not eligible for cancelation.

Exchange Policy
We have a 30-day exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be brand new in box. Buyer is responsible for paying all shipping costs to exchange product.

Fabspeed’s RENNKRAFT Modular Headers replace the restrictive stock manifolds on the 718 GT4 / GTS / Spyder — giving the 4.0-litre flat-six engine far better exhaust flow, sharper throttle response, and a significantly more aggressive, race-bred exhaust character. With a modular V-band design that lets you swap between high-flow catalytic converters for street use and cat-bypass straight pipes for track days, you get the best of both worlds: street-legal compliance (when using the cats) and full race-car freedom (with bypass). It’s the ultimate exhaust foundation for drivers who want real performance gains and an audible transformation without compromising versatility.

Fitment Notes

  • Fits Porsche 718 GT4, GTS, and Spyder (4.0 L) model years 2020 and newer

  • Direct bolt-on replacement for factory header assembly — designed from 3D OEM header scans to ensure precise fitment with stock exhaust mounts. 

  • Modular V-band coupling enables easy switch between catalytic-converter configuration (for street or emissions legal use) and cat-bypass (straight-pipe) configuration for track use or maximum flow.

  • Left and right stainless-steel header assemblies (mandrel-bent T304L) with CNC-machined merge collectors. 

  • German-made high-flow 200-cell catalytic converters (HJS) sized to fit in stock locations — maximizing flow while retaining emissions compliance when used. 

  • V-band coupling hardware to switch between catted and cat-bypass configurations. 

  • All required gaskets, flanges, and mounting hardware for a bolt-on installation — no cutting or welding needed.

Product Specs

  • Material: Mandrel-bent T304L stainless steel headers.

  • Configuration: Modular — V-band coupling allows use of catted layout or cat-bypass “straight-pipe” layout.

  • Catalytic Converter: German HJS 200-cell high-flow cats (when installed). 

  • Power Gains (stock downstream exhaust): +31 whp / +19 ft-lb (with Sport Cats), +33 whp / +24 ft-lb (with Cat Bypass) — at ~7200–7400 RPM.

  • Weight Savings: ~ 7 lb (≈ 3.2 kg) lighter than factory headers when using cat-bypass configuration; ~2 lb (0.9 kg) lighter with Sport Cats compared to OEM.

  • Exhaust Flow Efficiency: Flows approximately 93% of the equivalent straight-pipe volume of a 2.5″ pipe, even with catalytic converters in place. 

  • Fitment: Bolt-on; uses factory exhaust ports and mounts.
