Shipping Information
For items that are in stock, purchases made after 9am EST will be usually be shipped out in the next 1-2 business days. Please inquire to confirm lead times if you have specific time constraints. Orders will be sent via signature required at our discretion unless otherwise requested.

International Shipping
Any and all customs duties, taxes, import fees, and/or tariffs assessed in connection with the purchase shall be the sole responsibility of the customer/end user.

Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. All returns are subject to a restocking fee based on item and package condition. Buyer is responsible for paying for return shipping costs. If you need a return label, we will email you a return label and deduct cost from refund. Original shipping costs are not refundable. Special order items are not eligible for return.

Cancellation Policy
In order to cancel your order you must email within 24 hours of placing your order or before your order has shipped, whichever occurs first. Special order items are not eligible for cancelation.

Exchange Policy
We have a 30-day exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be brand new in box. Buyer is responsible for paying all shipping costs to exchange product.

The Fabspeed Sport Catalytic Converters for 570S / 570GT / 540C replace the restrictive factory catalysts with high-flow, race-inspired units — transforming the exhaust path into a freer-breathing layout that sharpens throttle response, boosts turbo efficiency, and delivers a richer, more exotic supercar exhaust note. Engineered to balance performance and drivability, these “sport cats” provide near-straight-pipe flow while retaining catalytic scrubbing — allowing for strong performance gains without sacrificing ECU harmony. They’re ideal for owners who want more sound, speed, and responsiveness from their twin-turbo McLaren.

Fitment Notes

  • Compatible with all McLaren 570S, 570GT, and 540C vehicles.

  • Designed as a direct replacement for stock catalytic converter assembly — mounts using factory exhaust plumbing and mounting points.

  • Pair of high-flow catalytic converter units with HJS 200 cell German high-performance HD catalytic cores. 

  • TIG-welded stainless-steel inlet and outlet pipes (investment-cast) designed for smooth gas flow and minimal turbulence.

  • High-temperature heat blankets (rated to 1800 °F) covering the catalytic bodies — to preserve exhaust velocity and manage under-hood heat.

  • Thermal Management: Included ceramic-fiber heat wraps with stainless mesh liner and high-temp fasteners — helps keep exhaust gases hot for better flow and protects nearby components.

  • Emissions / ECU Compatibility: Designed to retain oxygen-sensor bung placement for proper feedback; optimized to avoid catalyst-related error codes under normal operating conditions.
