Shipping Information
For items that are in stock, purchases made after 9am EST will be usually be shipped out in the next 1-2 business days. Please inquire to confirm lead times if you have specific time constraints. Orders will be sent via signature required at our discretion unless otherwise requested.

International Shipping
Any and all customs duties, taxes, import fees, and/or tariffs assessed in connection with the purchase shall be the sole responsibility of the customer/end user.

Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. All returns are subject to a restocking fee based on item and package condition. Buyer is responsible for paying for return shipping costs. If you need a return label, we will email you a return label and deduct cost from refund. Original shipping costs are not refundable. Special order items are not eligible for return.

Cancellation Policy
In order to cancel your order you must email within 24 hours of placing your order or before your order has shipped, whichever occurs first. Special order items are not eligible for cancelation.

Exchange Policy
We have a 30-day exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be brand new in box. Buyer is responsible for paying all shipping costs to exchange product.

Product Description

Swap out the restrictive factory catalytic converters on your Gallardo for Fabspeed’s high-flow Sport Catalytic Converters and unlock a more aggressive V10 exhaust voice, improved throttle response, and measurable power gains. These sport cats use premium, high-flow HJS 200 cell cores to allow exhaust gases to exit more efficiently, reducing back-pressure while still providing catalytic function. The result: a louder, more exotic exhaust tone, sharper mid-range punch, and a more responsive driving feel — all via a bolt-on upgrade designed for easy fitment. 

Fitment Notes

  • Compatible with all Lamborghini Gallardo models from 2004 to 2008 (all standard V10 Gallardo, in coupe or spyder configuration).

  • Designed as a direct replacement for the stock catalytic converters — uses factory attachment points (no cutting or custom fabrication required). 

  • Intended for use with the stock exhaust system (or aftermarket system supporting the same exhaust routing) — works with Fabspeed’s own exhaust upgrades or other compatible setups.

Included

  • Pair of high-flow sport catalytic converters (left and right bank) using Fabspeed’s proprietary German-made HJS 200 cell high-flow cores.

  • Mandrel-bent stainless steel tubing to ensure smooth flow and clean fitment matching factory geometry. 

  • All necessary mounting hardware to bolt directly in place of the stock cats — installation is bolt-on with no welding or cutting required.

Product Specs

  • Catalyst core type: 200-cell HJS high-flow sport catalytic cores, designed to maximize flow while still performing some catalytic function.

  • Construction: Mandrel-bent T304L stainless steel, CNC-formed for strength, corrosion resistance, and durability under high temperatures and pressure. 

  • Performance gain (dyno-tested): On typical Gallardo installs, these sport cats have delivered up to +35 hp and +37 ft-lb torque across the curve at ~4800 RPM, with peak gains around +11 hp / +11 ft-lb over stock catalytic converters. 

  • Weight: Lighter than OEM cats — resulting in modest rear-end weight savings which can benefit throttle response and handling feel (exact savings depend on original configuration).
