Upgrade the braking performance of your Ferrari 360 or F430 with GiroDisc Two-Piece Floating Brake Rotors. Engineered as direct replacements for the factory steel brake rotors, these high-performance assemblies combine lightweight aluminum hats with premium high-carbon iron friction rings to deliver improved thermal management, consistent braking performance, and reduced rotating mass.
Each GiroDisc rotor features a fully floating two-piece construction designed to accommodate thermal expansion during demanding braking conditions. This allows the iron rotor ring to expand independently of the aluminum mounting hat, reducing thermal stress and helping maintain consistent brake operation during spirited driving and track use.
The 330mm x 28mm high-carbon iron rotor rings are manufactured from GiroDisc's proprietary casting formulation, developed for improved durability under repeated high-temperature braking. Internally, 48 curved cooling vanes act as a centrifugal pump, drawing air through the rotor to help dissipate heat more effectively.
Each complete rotor assembly weighs approximately 15.8 lb, helping reduce unsprung weight and rotating mass compared with heavier conventional brake rotor designs. The lightweight hats are CNC-machined from 6061-T6 aluminum and finished with a protective black anodized coating for excellent strength and corrosion resistance.
GiroDisc's floating mounting system uses high-strength steel drive pins with a corrosion-resistant cadmium-plated finish. Spring clips and Belleville washers provide controlled rotor movement while minimizing the rattling commonly associated with traditional fully floating racing brake rotors.
Another advantage of GiroDisc's two-piece design is its serviceability. Once the friction rings reach their replacement limit, the aluminum hats can be reused with GiroDisc replacement rotor rings, reducing the cost of future brake maintenance.
Manufactured in Bellingham, Washington, using domestically sourced materials, GiroDisc rotors deliver race-inspired braking technology in a direct-fit package suitable for performance street driving and demanding track applications.

Fully floating two-piece construction allows independent thermal expansion between the iron rotor ring and aluminum hat, reducing thermal stress during repeated high-temperature braking.
Proprietary high-carbon iron rotor rings provide durable friction surfaces engineered to withstand demanding performance driving conditions.
48 curved internal cooling vanes promote efficient airflow through the rotor, helping dissipate heat and maintain consistent braking performance.
Lightweight 6061-T6 aluminum hats reduce rotating and unsprung mass while providing a durable, corrosion-resistant mounting structure.
Street-friendly floating hardware combines high-strength steel drive pins, spring clips, and Belleville washers to minimize unwanted noise while maintaining proper rotor movement.
Serviceable and rebuildable design allows owners to replace worn friction rings while retaining the original GiroDisc aluminum hats, reducing long-term brake maintenance costs.
