Shipping Information
For items that are in stock, purchases made after 9am EST will be usually be shipped out in the next 1-2 business days. Please inquire to confirm lead times if you have specific time constraints. Orders will be sent via signature required at our discretion unless otherwise requested.

International Shipping
Any and all customs duties, taxes, import fees, and/or tariffs assessed in connection with the purchase shall be the sole responsibility of the customer/end user.

Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. All returns are subject to a restocking fee based on item and package condition. Buyer is responsible for paying for return shipping costs. If you need a return label, we will email you a return label and deduct cost from refund. Original shipping costs are not refundable. Special order items are not eligible for return.

Cancellation Policy
In order to cancel your order you must email within 24 hours of placing your order or before your order has shipped, whichever occurs first. Special order items are not eligible for cancelation.

Exchange Policy
We have a 30-day exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be brand new in box. Buyer is responsible for paying all shipping costs to exchange product.

Product Description

The Girodisc two-piece front-rotor conversion for the C7 Corvette Z06 / Grand Sport replaces the factory discs with lightweight, performance-oriented 6061-T6 aluminum-hat + cast-iron rotor rings — delivering cooler, more consistent braking under heavy use and reducing unsprung/rotating mass for improved throttle response and suspension feel. Designed as a direct bolt-on replacement, this rotor set maintains OEM caliper compatibility and brake bias, while giving the braking system greater thermal stability and easier maintenance — ideal for track-day use, spirited driving, or high-performance street applications.

Fitment Notes

  • Compatible with Corvette C7 Grand Sport / Z06 (2014–2019) front-brake setups (non-carbon-ceramic / standard iron-rotor models).

  • Direct replacement: bolts to factory hubs and works with OEM (or equivalent) calipers — no modifications or caliper swaps needed. 

  • Use of compatible brake pads is recommended (standard pad shapes matching the pad-swept area). The rotor design retains stock brake bias and ABS behavior.

  • Pair (left & right) of 2-piece floating rotors: 6061-T6 aluminum hats + proprietary cast-iron rotor rings machined in-house.

  • Floating-mount hardware: high-strength alloy steel drive pins, hardened washers, and spring washers to allow thermal expansion while minimizing noise.

  • Rotor material: 6061-T6 aircraft-grade aluminum hat; proprietary high-carbon cast-iron rotor ring, cast and machined in the USA. 

  • Cooling design: Curved-vane, ventilated disc design that acts like a centrifugal pump — forcing airflow through the rotor under braking to improve heat dissipation and reduce fade.

  • Weight savings: Approximately 1.6 lbs per rotor lighter than stock (stock ~23.6 lb vs. ~22.0 lb). 

  • Configuration: Floating-hat rotor with full floating mount system — accommodates thermal expansion and helps maintain pad-to-rotor alignment under stress.
