Shipping Information
For items that are in stock, purchases made after 9am EST will be usually be shipped out in the next 1-2 business days. Please inquire to confirm lead times if you have specific time constraints. Orders will be sent via signature required at our discretion unless otherwise requested.

International Shipping
Any and all customs duties, taxes, import fees, and/or tariffs assessed in connection with the purchase shall be the sole responsibility of the customer/end user.

Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. All returns are subject to a restocking fee based on item and package condition. Buyer is responsible for paying for return shipping costs. If you need a return label, we will email you a return label and deduct cost from refund. Original shipping costs are not refundable. Special order items are not eligible for return.

Cancellation Policy
In order to cancel your order you must email within 24 hours of placing your order or before your order has shipped, whichever occurs first. Special order items are not eligible for cancelation.

Exchange Policy
We have a 30-day exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be brand new in box. Buyer is responsible for paying all shipping costs to exchange product.

FThe GiroDisc A1-320 Front Iron Rotor Conversion replaces the OEM carbon-ceramic front rotors on a C8 E-Ray / Z06 with Z07 package with durable, high-performance two-piece iron rotors. By swapping to cast-iron rings and aluminum hats, this kit gives you better thermal stability under repeated heavy braking, improved cooling via internal vanes, and easier long-term maintenance (you only replace the rings, not the entire rotor). For track days, spirited driving or frequent braking stress, the conversion delivers predictable, fade-resistant performance while retaining compatibility with factory calipers.

Fitment Notes

  • Fits C8 Corvette E-Ray / Z06 w/Z07 carbon-ceramic front brakes

  • Direct bolt-on swap — uses factory hubs and calipers, no caliper upgrade or special adaptation required. 

  • Requires switching to appropriate brake pads with pad-shape “D1405” (same as standard iron-brake Z06), since pad contact geometry differs from OEM ceramic-rotor pads.

  • Pair of front 2-piece floating rotors (left + right): each with a 6061-T6 aluminum hat and proprietary high-carbon cast-iron rotor ring.

  • Floating-mount hardware: cadmium-plated drive pins, spring clips, Belleville washers and hardened washers — engineered to allow thermal expansion and maintain quiet operation on the street.

Product Specs

  • Rotor Type: 2-piece floating rotor — aluminum hat + cast-iron ring.

  • Cooling Design: Internal 72-curved-vane ventilation, which acts like a centrifugal pump to draw cooling air through the hub and rotor under heavy braking, reducing fade and heat buildup.

  • Serviceability: Rotor rings replaceable — when ring thickness reaches minimum spec (34 mm) or if cracking occurs, you can replace just the ring (part number D1-320), reusing the aluminum hats.

  • Compatibility: Works with factory front Brembo Z07 calipers using pad-shape D1405 (same as standard Z06 iron-brake variant).
