Shipping Information
For items that are in stock, purchases made after 9am EST will be usually be shipped out in the next 1-2 business days. Please inquire to confirm lead times if you have specific time constraints. Orders will be sent via signature required at our discretion unless otherwise requested.

International Shipping
Any and all customs duties, taxes, import fees, and/or tariffs assessed in connection with the purchase shall be the sole responsibility of the customer/end user.

Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. All returns are subject to a restocking fee based on item and package condition. Buyer is responsible for paying for return shipping costs. If you need a return label, we will email you a return label and deduct cost from refund. Original shipping costs are not refundable. Special order items are not eligible for return.

Cancellation Policy
In order to cancel your order you must email within 24 hours of placing your order or before your order has shipped, whichever occurs first. Special order items are not eligible for cancelation.

Exchange Policy
We have a 30-day exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be brand new in box. Buyer is responsible for paying all shipping costs to exchange product.

With the VCM Suite software, you gain access to VCM SCANNER, a feature-rich OBDII scanning and diagnostic tool. View, chart, and log real-time diagnostic data through your vehicle's OBDII port, including fan control, gear select, timing, air-fuel ratio, and more. 

Experience standalone data logging and explore special functions like the Gear/Tire Wizard. VCM Editor, on the other hand, provides comprehensive control module calibration software. Read flash memory from different control modules, adjust parameters such as spark, fuel, RPM limits, transmission shift points, exhaust valve control, and more. Once you've made your changes, write them back to your vehicle using the MPVI3.

To enhance your MPVI3 experience, consider the PROLINK+ cable (sold separately). This optional accessory allows you to view additional data from wideband sensors, boost gauges, and other sensors. With PROLINK+, you can wire in and record up to 2x analog signals (such as from a wideband sensor or map sensor) and 1x CAN bus signal simultaneously. The MPVI3 is fully compatible with the PROLINK+ cable out of the box, providing you with even more data at your fingertips.

Getting started with your MPVI3 is a breeze. Verify vehicle tuning support on the HP Tuners Vehicle Page before purchasing your device. Once it arrives, add your MPVI3 to your HP Tuners account and determine the credit-licensing costs specific to your vehicle. Purchase the required number of Universal Credits and resync your device using the latest version of VCM Suite (Scanner or Editor). Now you're ready to start tuning and running diagnostics!
