Shipping Information
For items that are in stock, purchases made after 9am EST will be usually be shipped out in the next 1-2 business days. Please inquire to confirm lead times if you have specific time constraints. Orders will be sent via signature required at our discretion unless otherwise requested.

International Shipping
Any and all customs duties, taxes, import fees, and/or tariffs assessed in connection with the purchase shall be the sole responsibility of the customer/end user.

Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. All returns are subject to a restocking fee based on item and package condition. Buyer is responsible for paying for return shipping costs. If you need a return label, we will email you a return label and deduct cost from refund. Original shipping costs are not refundable. Special order items are not eligible for return.

Cancellation Policy
In order to cancel your order you must email within 24 hours of placing your order or before your order has shipped, whichever occurs first. Special order items are not eligible for cancelation.

Exchange Policy
We have a 30-day exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be brand new in box. Buyer is responsible for paying all shipping costs to exchange product.

Product Description

The HP Tuners GM E68 ECM Unlock Service is a required first step for tuning many modern GM Global B vehicles, including late-model Corvettes, Cadillacs, Camaros, and trucks equipped with the encrypted E68 engine control module. From the factory, these ECUs are locked and cannot be calibrated through standard tuning software until they are professionally unlocked by HP Tuners.

This service allows the factory ECM to be modified for custom tuning, enabling changes to fuel mapping, ignition timing, boost control, throttle behavior, rev limits, transmission calibration, and more. Whether you’re installing bolt-ons, headers, forced induction, or building a full race setup, unlocking the ECM is essential to fully optimize vehicle performance.

HP Tuners performs the unlock process in-house using proprietary hardware and firmware procedures, ensuring OEM-level functionality while enabling full VCM Suite tuning support afterward. For modern GM performance platforms, this service is the gateway to making real power safely and efficiently.
