The Integrated Engineering EA824 ECU Tune completely transforms the driving experience of Audi’s twin-turbo 4.0T platform. By recalibrating boost pressure, ignition timing, throttle mapping, and torque management, IE unlocks massive horsepower and torque gains while maintaining OEM-like drivability and smoothness. The result is significantly quicker acceleration, improved throttle response, and stronger power delivery throughout the entire RPM range.
IE offers multiple stages and fuel calibrations to support everything from completely stock vehicles to upgraded RS7 turbo setups. Stage 1 tunes are designed for stock hardware or basic bolt-ons, while higher-stage calibrations support upgraded components and ethanol blends for maximum performance. Through the IE POWERlink system, flashing and switching between fuel maps can be done directly from your smartphone without visiting a dealer or tuning shop.
In addition to outright power, IE includes enthusiast-focused features such as optional crackle tunes, Ghost Cam idle, brake boosting, launch control enhancements, and raised RPM limits. When paired with the recommended IE DSG tune, the transmission calibration increases clutch pressure and torque limits to safely handle the substantial power increase while delivering faster, sharper shifts.
