Unlock more airflow, horsepower, and supercharger sound from your Cadillac CT5-V Blackwing with the JLT Cold Air Intake (CAI-75-5205). Designed specifically for the supercharged 6.2L LT4, this system replaces the restrictive factory intake tract with a substantially larger intake system engineered to increase airflow while supplying the engine with cooler outside air.
JLT includes two different intake tubes in the same kit. The first is designed to work with the factory calibration, making it an easy bolt-on upgrade. JLT dyno-tested a stock 2023 CT5-V Blackwing with this configuration and recorded gains of 20 horsepower and 25 lb-ft of torque. The second is a massive 5-inch intake tube designed for higher-output combinations and requires custom tuning with properly rescaled MAF values. JLT states that even greater gains are possible with the 5-inch configuration.
The kit also includes three throttle-body couplers, allowing it to support the factory throttle body as well as larger 95mm and 103mm throttle-body configurations. This gives Blackwing owners an intake they can continue using as the car progresses from a basic bolt-on setup to a more heavily modified combination.

Product Features
-
Dyno-Proven Power Gains – JLT recorded a 20 HP and 25 lb-ft improvement on a stock 2023 CT5-V Blackwing using the stock-tune intake configuration.
-
Two Intake Tubes Included – Run the stock-tune configuration now and move to the massive 5-inch tube later as your build progresses.
-
Supports 103mm Throttle Bodies – Three included couplers provide compatibility with stock, 95mm and 103mm throttle-body combinations.
-
Increased Supercharger Whine – The larger filter and intake tract make the LT4's supercharger noticeably more audible under acceleration.
-
True Cold-Air Design – The airbox seals against the factory hood scoop and utilizes the available outside-air inlet locations to help isolate the filter from engine-bay heat.
-
Eliminates the Factory Intake Restriction – JLT routes its intake tube above the fan shroud rather than flattening the tube before the throttle body like the factory intake.
Why Upgrade?
The factory CT5-V Blackwing intake has to balance packaging, sound suppression, emissions requirements, and performance. JLT approaches the system with airflow and horsepower as the priority.
What makes this kit particularly attractive is its upgrade path. A stock or lightly modified Blackwing can use the included no-tune tube and take advantage of JLT's demonstrated 20 HP / 25 lb-ft gains without immediately requiring custom calibration. As the car progresses to a pulley, larger throttle body, headers, or additional LT4 modifications, the included 5-inch tube and 103mm throttle-body compatibility provide substantially more airflow potential without requiring the owner to purchase another intake.
For a modified Blackwing, that makes the JLT more than a simple cold-air intake—it's an intake system designed to support the car as power levels increase.
