Shipping Information
For items that are in stock, purchases made after 9am EST will be usually be shipped out in the next 1-2 business days. Please inquire to confirm lead times if you have specific time constraints. Orders will be sent via signature required at our discretion unless otherwise requested.

International Shipping
Any and all customs duties, taxes, import fees, and/or tariffs assessed in connection with the purchase shall be the sole responsibility of the customer/end user.

Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. All returns are subject to a restocking fee based on item and package condition. Buyer is responsible for paying for return shipping costs. If you need a return label, we will email you a return label and deduct cost from refund. Original shipping costs are not refundable. Special order items are not eligible for return.

Cancellation Policy
In order to cancel your order you must email within 24 hours of placing your order or before your order has shipped, whichever occurs first. Special order items are not eligible for cancelation.

Exchange Policy
We have a 30-day exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be brand new in box. Buyer is responsible for paying all shipping costs to exchange product.

Upgrade your Porsche 991 Turbo (including 991.1 & 991.2) with the Kline Innovation Exhaust System — engineered for performance, sound, and refinement. This system features Kline’s trademark “perfect X-pipe geometry,” lightweight F1-grade materials, and optimized flow to enhance throttle response, deliver a signature exotic exhaust note, and reduce weight for better dynamics. Whether you’re cruising or pushing hard, this system gives your Turbo the presence and performance it deserves.

Fitment Notes

  • Compatible with: Porsche 911 Turbo / Turbo S (991.1 & 991.2) models. 

  • Optional materials: 304 stainless steel or Inconel 625 super-alloy (lightweight) versions available. 

  • Note: Select the correct specification (e.g., catalysts vs decats, choice of material) to ensure proper fit & performance.

  • Installation: Direct-fit exhaust system; however mapping / tuning recommended to unlock full potential when decat versions are used.

  • Not necessarily CARB-legal in all jurisdictions when decat versions or non-catalyst options are chosen — check local regulations.

  • Full rear / turbo-back exhaust system (depending on selected configuration) manufactured by Kline Innovation.

  • Choice of catalyst or de-cat versions (100-cell, 200-cell, or full decat) per selection.

Product Specs

  • Material Options & Weights:

    • Standard Stainless Steel version: ~14 kg for the 991 Turbo system in stainless steel. 

    • Inconel 625 version: ~7.5 kg for the complete turbo-back system — a dramatic weight saving.

  • Performance Gains:

    • With decat option: up to +38 hp and +55 Nm (≈41 lb-ft) of torque. 

    • With 100-cell or 200-cell catalyst options: approx +20 hp (100-cell) or +16 hp (200-cell) in tested scenarios. 

  • X-pipe diameter: 70 mm; silencer transit diameter: 50 mm; catalyst pipe diameter: 70 mm; cross-section ~122 mm.

  • Manifold primaries: 41 mm, secondaries: 50 mm (in Kline’s equal‐length manifold system).

  • Performance Upgrade Ready: The system allows for power gains even without ECU tuning (+38 hp / +55 Nm), but when paired with tune further gains available.
