Maximize exhaust flow from the 6.2L supercharged LT4 with the Kooks 2” Long Tube Header and GREEN Catted Exhaust Kit for the 2022–2026 Cadillac CT5-V Blackwing.
Designed for high-output Blackwing builds, this comprehensive header-back package combines 2” long-tube headers, 3” GREEN catted connection pipes, and a full 3” X-pipe to significantly increase exhaust capacity compared with the factory system.
Rather than replacing the entire exhaust, Kooks designed the system to connect to the factory exhaust near the rear axle. This allows the Blackwing to retain its OEM valved rear mufflers and factory Active Exhaust functionality while gaining the increased flow and aggressive character of long-tube headers and a 3” exhaust.
Constructed from 304 stainless steel with mandrel-bent tubing, the 2313F632 is an excellent choice for modified CT5-V Blackwings where maximum exhaust capacity is a priority.

2” vs. 1-7/8” Kooks Headers
Kooks offers two versions of this CT5-V Blackwing system:
Both systems utilize 3” GREEN catted connection pipes and a 3” X-pipe and connect to the factory exhaust near the rear axle.
The primary difference is the header diameter.
For a relatively stock or moderately modified LT4, 1-7/8” primaries provide excellent exhaust flow while maintaining strong exhaust velocity.
The 2” 2313F632 is the more performance-focused choice for builds where substantially higher airflow is expected. This makes it particularly attractive for Blackwings incorporating upgrades such as smaller supercharger pulleys, ported superchargers, camshafts, cylinder-head work, ethanol-based fuels, upgraded fueling, or other high-horsepower modifications.
Why Upgrade?
The CT5-V Blackwing’s supercharged LT4 responds exceptionally well to airflow improvements. As boost and horsepower increase, however, the factory exhaust manifolds and exhaust system must move an increasingly large volume of exhaust gas.
The 2” Kooks long-tube headers are designed to provide the additional exhaust capacity required by higher-output LT4 combinations.
From the headers, exhaust flows through 3” GREEN catted connection pipes and a full 3” X-pipe before transitioning back into the factory rear exhaust. This creates a substantially more performance-oriented exhaust path while preserving one of the Blackwing’s best street-car features: its factory valved mufflers.
That means you can build a considerably more aggressive exhaust system without necessarily sacrificing the ability to reduce exhaust volume through the Cadillac’s factory controls.
For owners planning substantial power increases, the larger 2” primary diameter also provides additional headroom compared with the 1-7/8” version, making the 2313F632 particularly well suited to Blackwings being built beyond basic bolt-on modifications.
Installation Note
Installation requires cutting the factory exhaust because the new Kooks 3” system connects to the OEM exhaust near the rear axle.
Kooks specifies that no welding is required. The package includes the necessary gaskets, clamps, and installation hardware.
Professional installation is recommended due to the scope of the long-tube header installation and the need to correctly locate and cut the factory exhaust.
For high-output CT5-V Blackwing builds where maximum exhaust capacity is the priority, the Kooks 2313F632 combines massive 2” long-tube headers, 3” GREEN high-flow cats, and a full 3” X-pipe while retaining the factory valved rear mufflers.
