Shipping Information
For items that are in stock, purchases made after 9am EST will be usually be shipped out in the next 1-2 business days. Please inquire to confirm lead times if you have specific time constraints. Orders will be sent via signature required at our discretion unless otherwise requested.

International Shipping
Any and all customs duties, taxes, import fees, and/or tariffs assessed in connection with the purchase shall be the sole responsibility of the customer/end user.

Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. All returns are subject to a restocking fee based on item and package condition. Buyer is responsible for paying for return shipping costs. If you need a return label, we will email you a return label and deduct cost from refund. Original shipping costs are not refundable. Special order items are not eligible for return.

Cancellation Policy
In order to cancel your order you must email within 24 hours of placing your order or before your order has shipped, whichever occurs first. Special order items are not eligible for cancelation.

We have a 30-day exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be brand new in box. Buyer is responsible for paying all shipping costs to exchange product.

The Kooks Long Tube Header & Connection Pipe Kit is one of the most proven performance upgrades available for the 2006–2013 Chevrolet Corvette Z06 and ZR1. Designed to replace the restrictive factory exhaust manifolds, this system dramatically improves exhaust flow, allowing the high-revving LS7 and supercharged LS9 engines to breathe more efficiently. The result is increased horsepower, stronger torque throughout the RPM range, improved throttle response, and a more aggressive exhaust note that matches the performance capabilities of these legendary Corvettes.

Whether you're building a street-driven Z06, a track-focused LS7, or a high-horsepower ZR1, long tube headers are widely considered a foundational modification. Why Upgrade Your Z06 or ZR1 Headers?

The factory exhaust manifolds on both the LS7-powered Z06 and supercharged LS9-powered ZR1 create a bottleneck as power levels increase. Long tube headers improve scavenging, reduce backpressure, and allow the engine to move air more efficiently. On naturally aspirated LS7 applications, this translates to stronger top-end power and improved throttle response.
