Shipping Information
For items that are in stock, purchases made after 9am EST will be usually be shipped out in the next 1-2 business days. Please inquire to confirm lead times if you have specific time constraints. Orders will be sent via signature required at our discretion unless otherwise requested.

International Shipping
Any and all customs duties, taxes, import fees, and/or tariffs assessed in connection with the purchase shall be the sole responsibility of the customer/end user.

Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. All returns are subject to a restocking fee based on item and package condition. Buyer is responsible for paying for return shipping costs. If you need a return label, we will email you a return label and deduct cost from refund. Original shipping costs are not refundable. Special order items are not eligible for return.

Cancellation Policy
In order to cancel your order you must email within 24 hours of placing your order or before your order has shipped, whichever occurs first. Special order items are not eligible for cancelation.

Exchange Policy
We have a 30-day exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be brand new in box. Buyer is responsible for paying all shipping costs to exchange product.

Engineered using KW's extensive motorsport experience, the V3 system provides independently adjustable compression and rebound damping, allowing drivers to fine-tune suspension performance for spirited street driving and demanding road conditions.

Unlike conventional lowering springs, KW V3 coilovers replace the factory shock absorbers and springs with a complete height-adjustable suspension system. This allows owners to achieve a more aggressive stance while precisely controlling the vehicle's ride characteristics.

The KW V3 system features 16-click adjustable rebound damping and 12-click adjustable low-speed compression damping. Rebound adjustment influences how quickly the suspension extends after compression, helping control body movement and vehicle stability. Compression adjustment allows drivers to fine-tune suspension response during cornering, braking, and acceleration.

Each coilover features KW's premium INOX-LINE stainless-steel shock housings, providing exceptional corrosion resistance and long-term durability. The threaded suspension design allows precise ride-height adjustments while maintaining the suspension's intended operating range.
