Shipping Information
For items that are in stock, purchases made after 9am EST will be usually be shipped out in the next 1-2 business days. Please inquire to confirm lead times if you have specific time constraints. Orders will be sent via signature required at our discretion unless otherwise requested.

International Shipping
Any and all customs duties, taxes, import fees, and/or tariffs assessed in connection with the purchase shall be the sole responsibility of the customer/end user.

Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. All returns are subject to a restocking fee based on item and package condition. Buyer is responsible for paying for return shipping costs. If you need a return label, we will email you a return label and deduct cost from refund. Original shipping costs are not refundable. Special order items are not eligible for return.

Cancellation Policy
In order to cancel your order you must email within 24 hours of placing your order or before your order has shipped, whichever occurs first. Special order items are not eligible for cancelation.

Exchange Policy
We have a 30-day exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be brand new in box. Buyer is responsible for paying all shipping costs to exchange product.

Developed using KW's extensive motorsport engineering experience, the V3 system combines adjustable ride height with independently adjustable compression and rebound damping for precise suspension tuning.

Unlike conventional lowering springs, the KW V3 system replaces the factory springs and shock absorbers with a complete performance suspension solution. This allows drivers to fine-tune chassis response while achieving a lower, more aggressive stance.

Featuring 16-click adjustable rebound damping and 12-click adjustable low-speed compression damping, the KW V3 provides exceptional flexibility for street and performance driving. Rebound adjustment helps control suspension extension and body movement, while compression adjustment influences how the vehicle responds to cornering, braking, acceleration, and road imperfections.

The system utilizes KW's INOX-LINE stainless-steel shock housings, engineered for excellent corrosion resistance and long-term durability. Precision-threaded height adjustment and composite spring seats allow owners to customize ride height while maintaining the suspension's intended operating characteristics.

KW specifies an approximate lowering range of 0.8–1.8 inches (20–45mm) at both the front and rear axles, allowing owners to improve wheel-to-fender fitment and lower the vehicle's center of gravity.

Designed to balance responsive handling with everyday drivability, the KW V3 can be adjusted for a more comfortable street setup or a firmer configuration suited to spirited driving.

Part number 35271015 is intended for Porsche 997 Carrera and Carrera S models without factory PASM electronic suspension. Vehicles equipped with PASM require a different application-specific KW configuration.
