Shipping Information
For items that are in stock, purchases made after 9am EST will be usually be shipped out in the next 1-2 business days. Please inquire to confirm lead times if you have specific time constraints. Orders will be sent via signature required at our discretion unless otherwise requested.

International Shipping
Any and all customs duties, taxes, import fees, and/or tariffs assessed in connection with the purchase shall be the sole responsibility of the customer/end user.

Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. All returns are subject to a restocking fee based on item and package condition. Buyer is responsible for paying for return shipping costs. If you need a return label, we will email you a return label and deduct cost from refund. Original shipping costs are not refundable. Special order items are not eligible for return.

Cancellation Policy
In order to cancel your order you must email within 24 hours of placing your order or before your order has shipped, whichever occurs first. Special order items are not eligible for cancelation.

Exchange Policy
We have a 30-day exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be brand new in box. Buyer is responsible for paying all shipping costs to exchange product.

Upgrade your C8 Corvette Z06 (5.5L LT6) with Milltek’s Large-Bore Hi-Flow HJS Sports Catalysts wrapped in motorsport-grade thermal insulation. These sport cats use a high-flow 200 CPSI core to reduce backpressure, deliver more efficient exhaust flow, and unleash a more aggressive, exotic exhaust note — all while controlling under-hood heat via F1-style heat wrap.

Fitment Notes

  • Designed specifically for 2023+ C8 Corvette Z06 (5.5L LT6). 

  • Uses factory GM gaskets for installation. 

  • No ECU tune is required; engineered to run without triggering a CEL when used with OEM headers, intake, and throttle bodies. 

  • May not be compatible with certain aftermarket airboxes - will not fit with JLT aftermarket airbox.

  • Left and right catalytic converter assemblies (two sport cats) pre-wrapped in F1-style heat insulation. 

  • Mounting hardware.
