Shipping Information
For items that are in stock, purchases made after 9am EST will be usually be shipped out in the next 1-2 business days. Please inquire to confirm lead times if you have specific time constraints. Orders will be sent via signature required at our discretion unless otherwise requested.

International Shipping
Any and all customs duties, taxes, import fees, and/or tariffs assessed in connection with the purchase shall be the sole responsibility of the customer/end user.

Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. All returns are subject to a restocking fee based on item and package condition. Buyer is responsible for paying for return shipping costs. If you need a return label, we will email you a return label and deduct cost from refund. Original shipping costs are not refundable. Special order items are not eligible for return.

Cancellation Policy
In order to cancel your order you must email within 24 hours of placing your order or before your order has shipped, whichever occurs first. Special order items are not eligible for cancelation.

Exchange Policy
We have a 30-day exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be brand new in box. Buyer is responsible for paying all shipping costs to exchange product.

Product Description

The Milltek Hi-Flow HJS Sports Cats (part number SSXCH111) with heat wrap are a high-performance upgrade for the C8 Corvette Stingray, E-Ray, and Z06. These large-bore catalysts feature HJS 200 CPSI cores for significantly improved exhaust flow compared to stock cats, allowing gases to exit more efficiently. The motorsport-grade F1-style heat wrap helps manage underhood temperatures, and the system delivers power and torque gains across the rev range — all without throwing a check engine light or requiring a tune.

Fitment Notes

  • Compatible with 2020+ C8 Corvette Stingray (6.2L LT2) and 2024+ C8 Corvette E-Ray (hybrid)

  • Uses OEM GM gaskets for installation. 

  • Tuning / ECU remap not required — designed to run without CEL when used with stock headers, intake, and throttle bodies.
