Shipping Information
For items that are in stock, purchases made after 9am EST will be usually be shipped out in the next 1-2 business days. Please inquire to confirm lead times if you have specific time constraints. Orders will be sent via signature required at our discretion unless otherwise requested.

International Shipping
Any and all customs duties, taxes, import fees, and/or tariffs assessed in connection with the purchase shall be the sole responsibility of the customer/end user.

Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. All returns are subject to a restocking fee based on item and package condition. Buyer is responsible for paying for return shipping costs. If you need a return label, we will email you a return label and deduct cost from refund. Original shipping costs are not refundable. Special order items are not eligible for return.

Cancellation Policy
In order to cancel your order you must email within 24 hours of placing your order or before your order has shipped, whichever occurs first. Special order items are not eligible for cancelation.

Exchange Policy
We have a 30-day exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be brand new in box. Buyer is responsible for paying all shipping costs to exchange product.

The Novitec Sport Spring Set for McLaren Artura is engineered to enhance the driving dynamics and visual stance of your 2022-present Artura by lowering ride height and reducing body roll without compromising everyday comfort. These performance springs are tuned to work with the Artura’s factory adaptive suspension, lowering the center of gravity and sharpening handling characteristics while giving the hybrid supercar a more aggressive, planted appearance. Novitec lets you enjoy improved responsiveness through corners and a more connected feel behind the wheel — all with a direct-fit suspension upgrade that integrates cleanly with the stock setup.

Fitment Notes

  • Compatible with McLaren Artura (2022–present) — both coupe and spider configurations. 

  • Designed to work with factory suspension; does not require replacement of adaptive shock absorbers. 

  • Professional installation and post-installation alignment recommended to optimize ride height and handling.
