Shipping Information
For items that are in stock, purchases made after 9am EST will be usually be shipped out in the next 1-2 business days. Please inquire to confirm lead times if you have specific time constraints. Orders will be sent via signature required at our discretion unless otherwise requested.

International Shipping
Any and all customs duties, taxes, import fees, and/or tariffs assessed in connection with the purchase shall be the sole responsibility of the customer/end user.

Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. All returns are subject to a restocking fee based on item and package condition. Buyer is responsible for paying for return shipping costs. If you need a return label, we will email you a return label and deduct cost from refund. Original shipping costs are not refundable. Special order items are not eligible for return.

Cancellation Policy
In order to cancel your order you must email within 24 hours of placing your order or before your order has shipped, whichever occurs first. Special order items are not eligible for cancelation.

Exchange Policy
We have a 30-day exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be brand new in box. Buyer is responsible for paying all shipping costs to exchange product.

The Softronic 992 Turbo / Turbo S Performance Software is a professional-grade ECU flash upgrade designed specifically for the Porsche 911 Turbo and Turbo S (992 chassis, 2020 +) with the 3.7L twin-turbo DFI engine. Instead of installing new hardware, this performance software re-calibrates your factory engine control unit (ECU) via the OBD-II port to unlock meaningful horsepower, torque, and throttle response gains across the RPM band — all while preserving drivability and daily usability. Tuned files are tailored to your vehicle’s VIN, reversible with the included ECU backup, and optimized on 93-octane fuel for reliable real-world performance.

  • Designed for Porsche 911 Turbo (992, 2020+) models equipped with the 3.7L flat-6 twin-turbo (DFI) engine.

  • Compatible with Porsche 911 Turbo S (992, 2020+) with factory engine and electrics.

  • ECU is programmed via the OBD-II port using the supplied cable — no removal or bench tuning is required.

  • Works with stock vehicles and is enhanced further when combined with performance hardware (intake, intercoolers, exhaust).

  • The software is VIN-specific and programmed to one car; retuning is recommended if significant mechanical changes are made.
