Shipping Information
For items that are in stock, purchases made after 9am EST will be usually be shipped out in the next 1-2 business days. Please inquire to confirm lead times if you have specific time constraints. Orders will be sent via signature required at our discretion unless otherwise requested.

International Shipping
Any and all customs duties, taxes, import fees, and/or tariffs assessed in connection with the purchase shall be the sole responsibility of the customer/end user.

Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. All returns are subject to a restocking fee based on item and package condition. Buyer is responsible for paying for return shipping costs. If you need a return label, we will email you a return label and deduct cost from refund. Original shipping costs are not refundable. Special order items are not eligible for return.

Cancellation Policy
In order to cancel your order you must email within 24 hours of placing your order or before your order has shipped, whichever occurs first. Special order items are not eligible for cancelation.

Exchange Policy
We have a 30-day exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be brand new in box. Buyer is responsible for paying all shipping costs to exchange product.

Give your 992.1 Carrera the aggressive flat-six sound it should have had from the factory with the SOUL Performance X-Pipe Exhaust System. Designed as a modular replacement for the factory rear muffler assembly, this non-valved exhaust delivers a richer, smoother, and higher-pitched exhaust note throughout the rev range while retaining your factory catalytic converters. SOUL's resonated X-pipe blends the exhaust flow from both banks to create a more refined, exotic tone while controlling the drone commonly associated with aggressive muffler-delete systems. Unlike SOUL's complete Performance Exhaust System, this X-pipe maintains the factory connection points, allowing it to work with the OEM catalytic converters or compatible aftermarket cat sections that retain the factory rear-muffler connection. Valve simulator brackets are included to prevent a check engine light after eliminating the factory exhaust valves. For 992.1 Carrera owners who prioritize maximum sound, simplicity, and future upgrade flexibility, the SOUL X-Pipe is an excellent standalone exhaust upgrade and an ideal foundation for additional exhaust modifications.
